Pacific Heights is best known for being one of the most expensive and wealthiest neighborhoods in San Francisco. This tour highlights not only the diversity of the architecture but also the cultural mix of people who built, occupied, and maintained these grand properties.

The walking tour covers approximately 15 blocks (0.8 miles) of North Pacific Heights. The walk is moderate and includes a few hills. Walkers are encouraged to customize to their interests and comfort level. The tour sequence is neither chronological nor in order of any importance.
